Ms. Stinneford received B.A. degree from the University of Toronto in 1976 and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 1982. Prior to joining Cheely, O'Flaherty & Ayres, she gained substantial litigation practice first at Baker & McKenzie, where she worked with Daniel J. Cheely and Paul B. O'Flaherty, Jr. on the defense of toxic tort litigation, and then at Ross & Hardies, where she concentrated on products liability, breach of contract and toxic tort litigation. At Ross & Hardies, Anne Stinneford had principal responsibility for the management of approximately 3,000 toxic tort cases pending in Illinois and Wisconsin. She participated extensively, including as second chair, in the preparation and defense of products liability, negligence and toxic tort actions. In January of 2000, she joined Cheely, O'Flaherty & Ayres.
